    About us
  • Welcome To Our Site!

  • KmX was incorporated in July 2004 in Ontario, Canada after acquiring the exclusive rights and later the IP to a unique pervaporation membrane technology.
In August 2004 KmX set up a wholly owned US subsidiary (KmX Chemical Corporation) and acquired a 13.5 acre solvent recycling plant in New Church, Virginia. This plant operates as a profit center and a "center of excellence and demonstration" where KmX's technology is demonstrated to prospects from around the world in a rigorous and demanding environment.

Since January 2005 until this day, KmX has processed millions of gallons of solvents into reuseable products and is building a client base of waste chemical generators (e.g. pharmaceutical, petro-chemical, printers, cosmetic, automobile, paper and other manufacturers) that send their spent chemicals for recycling to KmX on a tolling basis or for resale by KmX to third parties.

Our technology development and membrane production divisions (KmX Membrane Technologies Corporation) have enhanced and improved plant operations by incorporating new membrane systems into the dehydartion recycling processes, and wastewater management.

In late 2007 KmX was awarded a seven figure forgivable loan by the Ontario Government in support of the work it is carrying out in membrane technology.

In July 2010, the company completed the manufacturing of the first commercial scale unit (30,000 liters per day) "hollow fiber" membrane pervaporation unit, which is operating at our New Church plant, ready for inspection by all interested parties.
