KmX was incorporated in July 2004 in Ontario, Canada after acquiring the exclusive rights and later the IP to a unique pervaporation membrane technology.
In August 2004 KmX set up a wholly owned US subsidiary (KmX Chemical Corporation) and acquired a 13.5 acre solvent recycling plant in New Church, Virginia. This plant operates as a profit center and a "center of excellence and demonstration" where KmX's technology is demonstrated to prospects from around the world in a rigorous and demanding environment.
Since January 2005 until this day, KmX has processed millions of gallons of solvents into reuseable products and is building a client base of waste chemical generators (e.g. pharmaceutical, petro-chemical, printers, cosmetic, automobile, paper and other manufacturers) that send their spent chemicals for recycling to KmX o Click for details>>
